This has been driving me crazzzzzy, all over again. I hope someone can come up with it this time.

I keep on chewing over Jakki Graham and Gwen Guthrie for some reason, but I can't imagine either of them making a record like it.

The voice is so distinctive and does have an accent, which I would have thought could be narrowed down, maybe.

My fingers and toes are crossed. :lol:

That's where I went, but I couldn't find anything. I remember this last time and like Quinny I'm finding it frustrating. It's like it's just out of reach but the damn voice sounds so familiar.

I believe this is "I Can't Stop This Feeling" by Cheri. Cheri's big hit was "Murphy's Law," which I still break out from time to time.

We've passed this way before. It's not the Cheri song. I know that track. It's a ballad. And though this song seems to have that as it's title...it's NOT the Cheri song.

When I listen to it...it reminds me of "Stonger Together" by Shannon. So my guess is it's Shannon. But whatever it is, it was never a hit in my circle.
