As I'm not American, and have never been to New York or Studio 54, all I know about the infamous nightclub is what I've seen in documentaries, and that dreary movie :roll: . And if from what I've seen and heard about the place...drug taking...M&F saddos chasing young boys...a-holes who can't dance spinning around half naked...etc. I don't think that I missed anything at all. I'd like to know if anyone out there frequented the more exciting (IMHO) venues such as Madonna's old haunt Danceteria or even Larry Levan's Paradise Garage. Also, what were clubs like in NY during the mid '80s? When everything was synthy and electro was king (for a while at least).
