A question about 2 versions of one track (Drac's Back)

I have 2 version of this track (DRAC"S BACK) the first sample is the 12" by the BOLLOCK BROTHERS. (sample # 1)
I have another version of the same track but it seems that its by another artist and that version what I'm looking for any one can help for the sample #2

uhhmm i havent heard that version of Dracs back in ages.
I have it somewhere...its a uk 12" released in 1980.
Its start with a thunderstorm, aiii i hate when i can t remeber the name of the group - i think its ANDY FORRAY
And i found this picture

However thats the canadian cover...i think the cover was a drawing on my copy.

Thanks kaliffen but you did not tell me which version you have of them #1 or #2
here is the cover for the one i have and i think that's the one you have because it's drawing one as you said but this one is released at 1986 as mentioned on the back cover ??
