Hmmm...I think one is the instrumental and then lyrics were added or removed and it was retitled. Case in point, "Soulful Strut" is the instumental track after Barbara Acklin's vocal was removed from "Am I The Same Girl". Boy, was she pissed when Young-Holt Trio had a big hit, according to the liner notes on her greatest hits.
