The original (and infinitely better version) is '(Love It Or) Beat The Bush' by Slyck, from 1981.
It was unsympathetically remixed in crashing '80s style and re-released in 1985, this time credited to Prince Charles & The City Beat Band.
The original's almost Cowley-esque intro has been sampled recently.
