Surrender (1971)
I Thought It Took A Little Time (1976)
Both are on the more expensive Diana collections. Try the Motown Anthology.
Whadabout' "Old Funky Rolls"??? :o
And some of her outstanding non-single stuff like "Give Up" or "Tenderness" :D
While we were on the subject with Miss Ross' disco tunes, I thought about some singles she had that I have never seen on any of her compilation CDs. Does anyone know if the following songs have seen the light of day on CD:
Surrender (1971)
Sleepin' (1974)
I Thought It Took A Little Time (1976)
One Love In My Lifetime (1976)
Gettin' Ready For Love (1977)
You Got It (1978)
"Everyone knows the real reason why you got that part it was the time you spent on that casting couch"--Antoine Merriwether
"Excuse me, Miss Thing, but both of us spent time on that couch"--Blaine Edwards

"Give Up" and "Tenderness" are available on CD. Look for Diana or All The Greatest Hits, which has been updated and includes "Last Time I Saw Him" and "Good Morning Heartache" but omits a Supremes medley (not the 12" version released in 1980).Originally Written by FrontPage22
