Dearest Q.,
It's probably 'Special Lady' by Second Image.
I was listening to an old tape of mine tonight and one track has me absolutely puzzled.
1982/3 - It's instrumental. Rather like across between Maze - Twilight, MFSB - Mysteries of the World and Raydio - Still In the Groove. Sounds really fresh and has but one line of vocal at a mini breakdown where a small close harmony male group sings "you're my special lady".
I ought to know this, but my mind is absolutely blank at this moment. Can anyone help me over this senior moment?

What would you do without your muesli...where would you be without a bowl?
Forrrce: Thanx, that's probably it.
Dear Q,
Or it could be "Special lady" from Ray, Goodman & Brown.
The harmony singing is there but the vocals are "You gotta be a special lady" and it's very soulful.
Maybe it's that one :D but it has full vocals. So, now I'm in doubt but I'm leaving this reply coz' it's such a great ballad
Jimmy Bond :D
