Timmy Thomas-You're The Song

Just pulled this one out of my 45 collection "You're The Song I've Always Wanted To Sing," by Timmy Thomas and listened to it after all these years. It came out in 1974 or 1975 as I recall. It's not listed in Whitburn's book, anybody know the stats on this one (what position on the charts, etc.).

Great record that's much forgotten. Used to absolutely love playing this record and watch people dancing to it.
Don't know the stats, but it was on Marky's concensus chart thread a few weeks back.

Charted on 3/8/75 ..... soul chart peaking at a disappointing #78.
