WANTED: Stuff pro-djs might just have dup copies of (CD)
I have an enormous collection of jazz. Because of gifts; record label promo copies, etc., I have many duplicate copies of the same disc.
It occurred to me that pro deejays may very well encounter this situation as well. I'm looking for (most preferably on CD) popular (i.e., top 100) disco stuff, preferably from '75 to '85 to add to my collection and play around with some evenings with my bar crowd.
Among my favorites are: "Victim" Candi Staton; "Born to Be Alive" Patrick Hernandez; "Lovin' is Really My Game" Brainstorm; "Disco Inferno" Trammps; Hit and Run Lover (Forgot the Artist); "Doctor Love" First Choice; ANYTHING by Lime; "Love and Desire" Arpeggio.
I live close to NYC, in Hartford, CT. Email plewis08@snet.net. My terms are cash on the barrelhead but I've gotta see what you have first; I'll travel to your location within 100 mi. of NYC and buy lunch or dinner to boot! Call me lazy but this'll save me a lot of time pokin' around on Amazon or spending time at the Colony in NYC.
If you don't HAVE the stuff but have ideas, pls. let me know.
- Yours, musically
