Hey Ricardo , whats on this one... thanx .....RU
Hi folks! I was browsing a local store yesterday and came across a used cd titled "Can't Get This No More. Volume 1." The title is gramatically incorrect but the content is great. Great track selection and superb mixes --great DJ work.
One of the biggest things for me when I buy a CD is the audio quality and, in that aspect, this CD is really outstanding. The best part was the price: $2.99. That makes me feel quite happy after wasting quite a bit of money on other CDs I have bought lately.
The CD was produced by a company called "Intersound Inc." out of Roswell, GA. Unfortunately, I don't have much more information because the liner notes don't mention much else.
Considering the price and the quality of other purchases I have made recently this one was an OUTSTANDING one.

Hey, Ricardo--
I have always enjoyed this CD too, but I sometimes wished the songs were not in a continuous mix so that I could pluck out my favorites and record them onto other tapes or CDs (though I have tracked down most of the originals by now anyway).
And I'll leave it to you to post the track listing for ruoffended.
Which reminds me: Does anyone else get a little uncomfortable over the lyrics (well, the spoken parts, actually) of "Another Man" by Barbara Mason (which is included on this CD)? I do realize that the song is largely tongue in cheek, and that it was recorded in the pre-P.C. era, but considering that it was on West End Records (Mel Cheren)... well, let's just say I'm not real happy about being called a "genetic defect."
\"...a once in a lifetime feeling that returns every week...\"
Hi! I got the case in my car. I'll get it tonight and post the track listing tomorrow. Stay tuned.
