Cory Daye (such a great voice) did "Pow Wow" (pass the peacepipe) :D and "Green Light" her only solo album.

"La La Peace Song" was recorded by Al Wilson and also by O. C. Smith ("Little Green Apples"). The O.C. Smith version (1974/Columbia) is listed on some of those early club hits lists. I just happened to find this last night at Amoeba on CD & vinyl.
