That'll be 'Lady, Lady, Lady (Are You Crazy For Me)' by The Boogie Man Orchestra, from 1975-ish. I can't remember the label's name, but it's black and white with a cartoon sketch of a ghost. I'll try and find it and get back to you.
I remember this song on 45rpm only. I believe it was called lady, lady, lady. It had a refrain of "Lady are you crazy for me" and a heavy baseline for its time. I remember it being around the time of "lady bump" by Penny McLean. The labe was black and white and the singer was man. Does anybody remember it? Who sang it? Does anyone have it?

That's it! God Bless you! I've been going crazy for about a year trying to find out if it really existed or if it was a figment of my imagination. If you hear anything, please, let me know! :D
You can buy it here:
Boogie Man Orchestra
Do you mean at http://www.offloadonline.com/artist-25860.html? Boogie Man Orchestra is the artist, correct?
No. The link I put up is to GEMM where you can purchase the 7" vinyl. And, yes, 'Boogie Man' is the artist.
Got it, thanks! It's good to see my query responded to so quickly. Most people I have asked, didn't have a clue as to which song I was talking about. If it does show up on a disco chart for 1975, I would have to say about time, 'cause I'd been searching, but without the artist name, I kept coming up empty. Not anymore. Thanks to all you informative disco-maniacs! :D
