Mystic River

I just watched the movie "Mystic River" on DVD and thought it was very well done. A tad long but well acted and an intriguing storyline.

Anyone else seen it?

Rented it earlier this year. Excellent. Sean Penn gave all I expected and then some. That man can ACT! Tim Robbins was fierce. I don't understand why Laurence Fishburn took such a toothless role, but it doesn't hinder the movie. My only regret after renting it was not taking the time to catch it in a theater. :x

I saw this when it first came out and must say it was the year's best film. Must rent this soon to watch it all over again.
