I have a track by him called "Sooner Or Later" which is a nice Hi-NRG number on Dice. From the same producer of Lauren Grey.
Is anyone familiar with a singer named Ernest Kohl?
I like his late 80's NRG hit "To Save The Love".

Ernest Kohl kept pretty busy in the late '80s/early '90s: He did a duet with David Diebold in 1990 called "Dance Right Back Into Heaven," and he had a few solo hi-NRG hits including "Follow Your Heart," "Our Love is Here to Stay" and--believe it or not--a remake of the Debbie Jacobs classic "Don't You Want My Love" (in one remix of this song he also sings "Stomp.")
He also produced and sang backup on a remake of "Voices Carry" by Holly Oas, but the result was not as promising as it sounds; let's just say these two voices couldn't carry the tune.
And I recall that he also sang backup for a Megatone (?) artist named Ellen something--this one I'd have to dig out some old cassettes to name. And there are surely one or two other earlier songs I'm forgetting about.
Hope this helps.
