I have the vinyl and the tracks are exactly how you described. It was recorded in Paris (Studio Milan), mixed in London (Studio Trident) and mastered at Frankfurt Wayne in New York City. I think it's very hard to find a CD of groups like La Bionda or artists like Rod.

Hi Marco,
I don't believe an extented version of "High Fly" exists. If someone has it, I'm bemused :D
The sleeve is very typical: a boy and a girl on roller-skates.
