Do You Remember "Forbidden Love?"

Hey Guys! 8) I'm one of those few who just upgraded my cable to include "MusicChoice." I was floored to discover a station that plays 70's disco music! Now ironically, it isn't on 24 hours a day. Evidently, this station shares with "old time rap" which makes a very strange combination... :lol: But, for the most part, the disco stuff they play is really quite good. Just the other day I heard one of my very, very, very favorite songs..."Forbidden Love" by Madeline Kane. I remember dancing to that around the spring of 1979...Just before (Uh, oh...I better shut up...) :cry: Anyway...I got to thinking about that song and to my chagrin, it is not a part of my collection...Does anyone know what this song lyric in "Forbidden Love" was all about? Was the "forbidden love" gay...or was it a married man??? Here it is 2004 and I'm speculating on a lyric from so many years past!!!! :lol: :lol: Take Care, All :) Mario

Back in 1980 we had a party in my house and we had hired a DJ. He left some 12" behind by accident and though we called him he never came for them. I think you know where I'm going with this. One of them was "Forbidden Love" I'm gonna look through my old 12" and see if it's in there. I don't have a turntable so my records are all in a boxes in my closet. Maybe I'll find some other cool stuff in there. I'll get back to you and let you know.
