Just a guess. Could it be:
CRAZY JOE & THE VARIABLE SPEED BAND
"Eugene Goes To School"
Who sang this disco song from the early 80's, where this guy has dialogue during the song, and he's "hittin' on the ladies", and he say's "My name is Eugene" a few times? This one is killing my brother (his name is Eugene).
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Mixtape- I don't know if it was Crazy Joe or not. This was pretty much a typical disco song, with girls singing chorus, but it was extremely funny with some pimp sounding guy trying to pick up girls in the background throughout the whole song. After each chorus, the guy says "My name is EUgene." I'll check out the Crazy Joe song and see, but if anyone knows for sure, I'm dyin' to find out because it was my brother's favorite song, his name is Eugene, and all of his family and friends loved to give him crap about it when it was on the radio. His birthday is coming up, and I can't think of a better present. Any help is GREATLY appreciated. Thanks again.
If the lyrics are:
"Move over boy I got better things to do...I got plans and they don't include you, tonight, tonight, tonight, tonight...
"What did you say you name was?"
"Uh, uh, Eugene."
and
"I'm a cool dude in a loose mood."
Then Mixtape is correct!
BONUS: Ace Frehley from KISS was part of that...
I recall this being on the flip side of some Disconet disc I purchased. I'll have to go back and look. I couldn't understand why Disconet released this.Originally Written by mixtape
I thought it was lame.
"Lost inside adorable illusion...."
