12 - there's a small chance that this could be 'I Got A Thing' by Silver, Platinum & Gold.
19 might be 'Don't You Get So Mad About It', by Jeffrey Osborne.

20 could be anything - 'Hold On' by Marilyn Scott, 'Hold On' by Kreamcicle. The very fist time I heard Tramaine's 'Fall Down (Spirit Of Love)', I thought the choral chant was 'Hold On'. Could happen to somebody else.
