Dance Track From 1986/87 Played In Philly and NJ ID?

I recently have been traveling down memory lane in my head about all different club tracks I used to hear at this club I used to go to when I was young around 86/87..and there is this one track I havent heard since then and wanna know wtf it is if anyone may know? It was a very fast paced almost Art Of Noise sounding dance track that had drops from Rocky & Bullwinkle in it and had one loop "boris bada-bada-bada.." over and over..anyone know what im talkin bout?

Thanx man! Also, I tracked down a 6 min version on mp3 from someone...there has to be a longer one? Cause the part I remembered most wasnt in it where it goes "boris bada-bada-bada-ba-bad-anough"..or was that something the DJ at the club made happen back when?
