    I'm Back

Hi all. I know I've not been posting in the disco forums in the past 6 months, I've been busy with other things and have been more involved in forums and groups to do with vintage video and television. So I've been slack with the posts in music forums and groups fullstop. I'll make the effort to post here more often like I use to.

Despite not posting here I haven't lost interest in disco and funk music at all. I still collect my favourite funky disco rekkerds and get down to the cool music and my rekkerd collection is overflowing!!!

I've also acquired some more Aussie disco of the 70s too which I never thought was around. A rather unusual one is a disco version of Australia's classic Banjo Patterson song "Waltzing Matilder" entitled "Disco Matilda" sung by Dame Edna Everage.

Anyways I'll try and catch up on all that has been going on here, plus glad to see the non-music related forum back, didn't even know until today that it is back, I'm pretty slow. Looking at the rules, I guess this means I can't post any John Hopoate jokes here, hehehehehe just kidding        !!!!!

    Cheers

That is partly true. Guess heavy participation during 2001 and 2002 took it's toll on me hehehehe    .

Hi efunk_adelic. I'll have to at some stage make an Aussie disco compilation and when I do I will post you a CD copy. Won't be for a while though as I'm stacked up with so many other things to do, very very busy person ! When I do I will be including stuff from Dark Tan to John Paul Young to Marcia Hines :D . And not forgetting "Disco Matilda"   !
