STUDIO74 last night was the best time ever,we watched the game about 1km from where renaldo lives so when he scored i never heard a cheer like it :lol: then parties all night everytime we were going to go home there was another phone call,hey we are in this town come and join us :P im no big football fan but to see this without all the english drunks is the greatest fun its a totally different attitude,saw the t.v pictures today from lisbon and porto looks like you had a great time too :P cant wait for sunday looks like its greece !!

Yeah,it was a great party here in Portugal...and we´re going to play against Greece...the first game of the Euro was Portugal-Greece,and the last will be Portugal-Greece...i hope Portugal wins this time though...i always thought we would play against the Czech Republic...it wasn´t meant to be...

I like both teams, however I will hope for Portugal to make it because they look for the goal at any time. Greece did a great match against La France but it's a bit too much in the "Catenaccio" strategy :) Plus, I heard that Karagounis won't play.
However, my greatest joy was last night, when our Boca Jrs. lost the Libertadores Cup against the Colombian team of Once Caldas. Yes, I know it sounds strange, but I'm a River Plate fan (Boca's worst enemy) and just loved it how Boquenses received some of their own medicine (they always won on the penalty stance, but this time they missed all four kicks they did! :o ) Plus, River lost the same cup last year with Peru's Cienciano and the Boquenses went :P with us because nobody knew that team over here. Now they can't believe they lost with Once Caldas, who won the Cup for the first time in history (the second time for a Colombian team).
Today Buenos Aires' streets feature a big blow up of a nurse doing the "shhh" gesture. There's no tag line, only that the nurse has a small River symbol over her head :P 8)
Now Once Caldas will play against the Porto for the Inter-Continental Cup in Tokyo.

Portugal lost against Greece...oh well...there will be more opportunities...always said i´d prefer the final against the Czech Republic...

i think the portuguese took it well, funcal was still pretty lively last night,im still happy as after the game i was packing to leave today, looked at my ticket and i was wrong i dont leave for two more days :P so in true english style i have two days to look around funchal to find some greek fans :lol:
