I'm getting dizzy looking at the list
Anyway,
Harnells Disco Hulk version is from 1977 and Olympic Runners did "Disco Smash" in 1979 (from the "It's A Bitch" LP)
Does anyone know in what years each of the following rare tracks was released?
Disco Fantasy - "Let Me Be Your Fantasy"
El Pasador - "Amado Mio Amore"
Frank De Lima and Na Kolohe - "Mr. Hu"
Jeffry Lake Band - "Stark Naked"
Joe Harnell - "Theme from the Incredible Hulk (Disco Version)"
Joey Welz - "Disco Boogie"
Joey Welz - "Rollerballin"
Judith Angela - "Super Cool Disco Queen"
Jumbo - "Dancing" (probably around 1981 or so? or not released till their compilation CD came out in 1996?)
Keith Barrow - "Boogie Down"
Kim Taylor - "Stomp Your Feet and Dance" (either '78 or '79 I believe)
Luther Davis Group - "To Be Free"
Luther Davis Group - "You Can be a Star"
Mandi Stamon - "Victor"
Mary Lynn - "I Wanna Be Loved By You (Disco Version)"
The Mighty Chevelles - "Gift of Love"
The New York Disco Orchestra - "The Way We Were"
Olympic Runners - "Disco Smash"
Patrick Duve't and the Sweet Perversions - "Wake Up and Make Love with Me"
Patti Boulaye - "Pick Me Up, I'll Dance" (probably '79)
Mike Harding - "Disco Vampire" (I think either '79 or '80)
Paul Temple - "Tales of the Unexpected (Disco Version)"
Radiesman - "A Kiss in Disco"
Red Dragon Band - "Let Me Be Your Radio (Radio Show)"
Wright Combination - "It's Love Love Love"
Sharon Lee Williams - "What I Did For Love"
Soundblast - "Melting Pot"
Gary's Gang - "Mandolay" - remake of the La Flavour classic.
It was on a 1990 CD single, but was that the first release?
It certainly sounds like a modern production in sound quality, but
is true to the original in its sound.
Star Galaxy Orchestra - "Theme From 'Superman'" - couldn't be before 1979,
was this on an LP released around 1979 or 1980? The CD was issued in 1997.
Touch - "Love Hangover" - instrumental cover of the Diana Ross hit
Strange Affair (same group as Tangerue) - "I'm Ready/Disco Star" (sometime in 1980s - was it 1980?)
Tangerue - "No, No, No"
Action feat. Laura Lee Mann - "New Roller Disco Dip"
Cosa Nostra Disco Band - "Tarantella Disco"
Danny - "Pelkka''a'' Tulta" - Finnish version of "I'm on Fire"
Markku Aro - "Ainoain oot sa'' vain" - Finnish version of "You're the First, the Last, My Everything"
Rolf Bergstro"m and Pyhimykset - "Rokkibeibi" - Finnish version of "Rock Your Baby"
Oluko Umo - "Praise Jah" (from Africa)
Malinga Five/Shelly D'alan - "Kaldule Woman" (from Africa)
Ephraim Uzomechina Nzeka - "Shakara Oloje-Lady" (from Africa)
Ney Matogrosso - "Na~o Existe Pecado Do Lado De Baixo Do Equador"
Rita Lee - "Sau'de"
Samba Soul - "Chove Chuva" (from Brazil)
Samba Soul - "Dancin' Days" (from Brazil, cover of
As Frene'ticas's "Dancin' Days")
Samba Soul - "Mambo No. 5" (from Brazil, cover version)

WOW someone mentioned the disco version of the Hulk theme made for the "Alice In Discoland" episode LOL (could it be maybe someone's been comin cross our work? lol). Correction K, the Harnell was 1978 on MCA Records. As far as I know it was released only as a promo 7''. Jumbo was 1980, Tangerue was 1979 and Strange Affair was 1980 (Tangerue & Strange Affair are both the same group..aka Ultimate)
The others..im clueless LOL
