    Some u l t i m a t e s 4 me:

    Best late-late night groove : Mellow Blow by Barrabas

    Most intense break ever : Standing in the Shadows Of Love by Fever

    Coolest Philly track: Tom's Song by The Trammps

    Favourite disco/funk 12" [and what awesome fidelity] Chalk It Up by Jerry Butler

    What I like to see: the little stamp in the vinyl next to the label that says 'Mastered at Frankford Wayne NYC]

    Without any doubts my #1 is Hills of Katmandu by Tantra...epic production, angelic chorus, subtle but varied percussion, really "pretty" lalala singing..every single time I hear it, this song "sends" me somewhere beyond this reality...all 16 minutes of it!(when's the sequel,if ever, coming out??}

    * Bombers - Dance, Dance, Dance
    * Jackie Moore - How's your love life baby ?

    Re: WHAT IS YOUR ALL TIME FAVORITE DISCO SONG?

    my favorite disco song of all time would change rapidly depending on my mood. In the past I would have probably always said it was "Souvenirs" but the song I've decided is my most recent favorite is the 12 minute "African Queens" medley by the Ritchie Family. And somehow, the fact that it's either not available or hard to find on CD makes it even more special. I think a good way to define what your favorite song is would be to cite which songs you never stopped enjoying or playing even when the "disco is dead" movement was at its height. And while we're on this subject, music stores in my neighborhood have a pretty good supply of Cerrone CDs at good prices, in case anyone is interested.

    I just heard this song for the 1st time around 2 weeks ago

    My All-Time favorite would have to be "Heaven Must've Sent You" by Bonnie Pointer. But there are 100's bubbling under it!
    DANCE!!-To the BOOGIE WONDERLAND........
