I haven't heard that Junior Jack thing but I'm guessing it must be from "Dare Me" by The Pointer Sisters (1984)

I've a copy of it and yes it does sample "Dare Me" by the Pointer Sisters :)

The Junior Jack track is called "stupidisco" and is on the flipside of the Robert Smith vocal mix of "Da Hype".
