The Disco track which appeared on TV in The Facts of Life 1980 Epiosde "Who I am" & the 1981 motion picture Goin' All The Way was "Ask Me To Dance" performed by Sassy Alan.
If not for the internet as a resource I would have never known.
I purchased the soundtrack on Vinyl & used Audio Lab 2004 by Magix to capture the signal & convert to MP3.
I uploaded the file for anyone to download.
I never heard of Sassy Alan, I suppose this was her only track.
