    In search for an old song.....(80's??)

    Could anybody help me with the artists/ name of a funky song with these words: "out of control". It has a sample of the president of America and other text that goes like this "A man takes milk, now he owns a million cows, can you imagine all that milk.

    Possibly 'Tell Me That I'm Dreaming' by Was (Not Was) - it has Reagan's speech in there somewhere, but I was never that good with the lyric.
