Wow!Brings back great memories.I was so happy for the success Tapps singer Candy accomnplished.I remember her early days as a regular dance patron at Koutoubia.She used to hustle up a storm with another regular Charlie and won a number of dance contests.She waitressed at the club for awhile before embarking on her career.She also dated my other DJ associate at the club Mario Alviani for awhile and I remember her coming into the booth quite often to hang out and chat.She was a cute dynamite little thing. I also knew Vince DeGiorgio as a DJ before he started Power Records.He used to have a little record store (Freddie's) that I used to go to and buy records that he would audition for me.He was really on top of the music and just a terrific guy who always had the time to talk disco.

I'm glad that brought back some memories for you. Spoke to Vince the other day for a few hours and he does recall you from your DJ days as hew worked at Disco Sound and LeTube.
