Seeing as we now have a growing number of British members you may want to preface that by saying American football. Else you'll be hearing nothing, but soccer!

Well I for sure am a big NFL fan. The sport is actually getting more and more popular over here and we even have our own danish league too, complete with our own version of the Super Bowl (called "Mermaid Ball")

Hmmm....you're still rooting for the Chargers after that last season efunk  We all know how that went. Of course the off season drafting may change a whole lot for the Chargers, since they're the first to choose :)

My fav team last year was Kansas City Chiefs. Chances are that I'll root for them again this year. (depending on how many FG's Morten Andersen scores in the firt regular season game  )

Hey efunk, why am not surprised you're a Chargers fan
I kinda like Arizona too but only because I like Dennis Green. I used to be a huge Detroit Lions fan but after 30 years I guess I got burned out :o Now I'm just a fair weather California fan

Paul, don't you think the Cards could have a break out year? They just finished drafting a WR named LARRY FITZGERALD in the 1st round.

    Hey efunk.
I really haven't followed the game that closely the last few years. However I do remember Denny being the kinda coach that likes to light up the scoreboard. Picking a WR at #1 is Denny all the way. Now that I think about, this could be a breakout yes for the Cards esp. considering they've sucked for the past several seasons :D

I'm a huge Steeler fan.But what's happened to the defence?Last season it simply sucked. The secondary is real bad.

Bigm, I think a lot of injuries were suffered... the defense was on the field a lot! QB Maddox had an off year... not as sharp. But you were good enough to beat the Chargers...

Yeah! But any team can beat anyone on any given day. It's not any great consellation when you don't make the playoffs.Their secondary has been picked apart the last two seasons and I think that's the area that needs addressing.

Bigm, instead of addressing their #1 needs in the "D" they end up drafting Big Ben Rothlisberger. However, this isn't a bad move... he just happened to be the best player available...

    2nd round: Ricardo Colclough (CB)
    3rd round: Max Starks (DT)
    5th round: Nathaniel Adibi (DE)

here were the other picks to the 5th round.... all defensive players... all'n'all, needs were addressed. To bad they couldn't draft Sean Taylor (CB) the best defensive player available this year.

Agreed .However Ben R is a project in the works and I don't see him contributing for at least a couple of years. If Maddox can get the job done meanwhile they might be able to pickup some help in the secondary with training camp cuts.

Unfortunately not efunk. All I know is that Berlin Thunder ended up winning over Frankfurt Galaxy.
Sadly danish TV stations don't care much about NFL Europe at all.
They're all way too obsessed with the Euro Soccer Cup at the moment (and so am I )

    Scooter,
Actually you don't have to watch the games in order to know whats going on. A lot of the results are self explanatory really...like the Chargers loosing 4 out of 5 games and so on.

(Sorry Efunk....actually they aren't doing that bad this season :o )
