Jim, I betcha there could be... It sounds so similar to DOOBIE BROTHERS - WHAT A FOOL BELIEVES.. If not, I'm sure you can make a killer mix of it... :D
Just wanted to ask the deep experts out here, was there ever a 12'' disco mix of this pop/semi disco track? Its a great song I loved for years and I could hear the possibilities highly. I know it was the right time and even some discos played the track when it came out. But was there a 12'' mix? I know they did a damn good job with Nicolette Larson's "Lotta Love" for a disco remix..even though it wasnt much longer than the regular pop version, the remix was done nice..and that was the same type of song as the Dupree one.

Yea I know...thats why I was wondering, cause I know Jim Burgess did a great 12'' for Doobie Bros track. I wouldnt be able to make a killer mix of the Dupree track cause id need an instrumental version..but hey, I could try the old track strip, mixing board and tape & razor method and see what I come up with :D Was actualy thinkin bout it too LOL
