This time i need help for 4 mid or late 80's tracks

I'm Asking for another help, this time for 4 tracks that gives me mystery for a long time, all mid or late 80's.

First one it looks like SYLVESTER but it's not :(

I would have sworn Track_2 was Kool & The Gang but I can't find it. Must be wrong. Track_3 sounds like Jeffrey Osborne but I don't know it. Sorry.
