Who sings this early-80s Hi-NRG ? Maybe the title is ''Dancin'' but no idea of the artist. Please help me identify

The song was popular in Japan at that time. I have been searching for 20 years!

This is an Italo-Disco version of a Bobby O track. It is Joy Michael - "Dancin'" from around 1983-84. I had the record, but got rid of it, but I do recall the cover was reddish-orange and black.
