An instrumental that was not yet mentioned in the other thread is Maynard Ferguson's "Hollywood" from 1980 which I think is real good. Was often used as tune too.

I may have mentioned this in the other thread but I couldn't bother myself looking through it again.

Anyway Van McCoy's "Two Point's" from 1979 is unmissable!! (and as cheesey as the theme from Dallas too :D  )

An instrumental disco LP from '78 that I recently discovered on a record shopping trip is a VERY cheesy (but I love it!) thing by L.E.B.Harmony called 'Disco Boogie' (it's even on pink vinyl! :o ) on Canadian Carrousel (sic) Records. Check out 'Feeling Love' (track 2, side 1)- its quite trancey in places & very Giorgio Moroder/ Bobby O/ Universal Energy/ Harry Thumann in style.(if u get my drift! )

Is this the same "Feelin' Love" by Hott City on Butterfly Records? Your description matches, except of course for the vocals in the Hott City version.

Sorry Nicky I couldn't tell you as I'm not familiar with the Hott City track; the composing credit is to 'Subway' on the LEB LP (strange name n'est pas? :-? )
