If it's a female voice, it may be 'Funky Be Bop' by Vin Zee, on Emergency.

theres a song in that sounds like carl carlton shes a bad mama jama. very electro-funk. with a disco beat. a guitar screamming.

What would you do without your muesli...where would you be without a bowl?
no, it is a male voice.
it sounds like KC in boogie man. that kind of voice.
it goes " funky bep bop" and then a robot voice repeats "funky bep bop".
the lyrics goes on
"that funky bep bop, la la la you got to check it out..."
something like that.

Vin Zee - Funky bee-bop
on Emergency records 1981 funk
all male voice and vocoder voice too
If you buy this record your life, will be better.
I believe the artist is "Veen Zee" rather than Vin. The track is available in 12" on CD: Funky Collector Vol. 3.
Sorry Daniel, maybe I have no idea what i'm talking about, lol. There seems to be both a 'Vin' and a Veen. On the Funky Collector, there is a Veen Zee, with FunkyBeBop at 6:51. Then on Unidisc's volume 2 of Star funk, is an Funky Bee-Bop 8:07 of Vin Zee. Woa! I dont know if there if a difference, maybe just 2 different 12" versions. Good luck.
