This was the hottest dance bar in Washington, DC during the late 70s. Best known for their Sunday afternoon Tea Dances. The DJ was Bill Owens. I haven't seen his name appear in the Forum (or I may have missed it). Does anyone know what happened to him? He does have a column in the Rhino Disco Box set which indicates his favorite tunes.
