    Trip to New York, Looking for vinyl stores

    I'm going for the first time to New York in may and would like to ask if someone could give me some second hand early 80's funky vinyls stores address, preferably with a near metro station name !

    Vinylmania on Carmine Street/west village
    Heartbeat off 6th Ave/west village
    Deccadance....hmm, if its still open, changed addresses few times..

    If you are after disco, soul etc, A1 is well worth a look. It has a large selection of old 12"s and albums. Expensive for rare stuff though.

    Also 21st Century in NJ might be a good place to visit if you have the time.
    Leather is the way forward!

    Well, I'm just back from New York and for those interrested , the best shop for me was "A1" 439, East 6th Street with the LARGEST collection of disco/Dance /Funky 12" Mix and LP !

    And "cerise sur le gateau" they all speak french there !

    I did find some tune I was looking for years...

    I wish I had more time !

    Also worth and very near is "Dance Tracks" 91 East 3rd Street
