My Record fluid "Permostat" keeps my records free

    hey,

I just wanted to share my old story with you. Back in the 80's, I tried many different things, to keep my records free from dust and static electricity. After some different products was tried out, I found "Permostat" top be the best. Nearly my hole 12inch records collection is treated with Permostat. And it are still holding on today, so I'm can only say good things about Permostat.

I think you can still buy it today, but unfortunatly I don't know where, then I would have given you an address :-)

    Regards,
    SLL

I was given this for a birthday present, once. It does work quite well, although the records have to be spotless first. I also tired of the perfumy smell..

If you don't use it for a while, the fluid evaporates...even if it's left in that nice little case :o

I haven't seen Permastat around for years...

If this is the same company, maybe they just make the compound for industry nowadays. I haven't scanned the site properly.

Hey Forrrce, thanks for sharing your story with me :-)

And yeah, you shouldn't smell the Permostat for too long, and you will be drug-adicted to it.

I tried many different record cleaning products, but most of them seems to make things worse :-(

So this Permostat did it for me :-)
