Help me Identify this early 80s french/japanese techno pop..

I only have a some lyrics and some of the actual song on tape, but it goes like this:

Song speed: about >138-140 bpm.

Man Chorus in english:
The Tokyo Twist, the tokyo twist, the tokyo twist (with a deep lower voice).... you/could never resist.. the back on my rest?!.. the tokyo rest.. twist... (and he goes on singing) - the tokyo twist...

Thats all that I have, but I'm pretty sure, that I have recorded it in the beginning of the 80's, but the song could be from the late 70's?!

This is only a guess: German Band 'Tone Band' had a 7" and an album out in 1982 called 'Tokyo twist'. I can't remember the lyrics any more but it was in a synth pop style.

I think this could be Tone Band, Tokyo Twist, but I'm not sure, as I have never heard anything from Tone Band.
