What's this kind of synthy disco song?

Hey guys,

There's this song I heard a little while back on the radio that sounded really great, yet I have no idea what it is.

It's kind of synth heavy (probably late '70s/early '80s). Part of the chorus (I think) goes, "Walkin' down the street, watchin' ladies" and then in the background it says something like "...watchin' you." It's a really great sounding song. Can anyone help me out with this?
