Is this also 'Jocelyn Brown' and is it from the same song?

This is obviously the acapella version of Jocelyn Brown's 1985 hit single "Love's Gonna Get You" put on top of some new track.

The original Jocelyn Brown track has been remixed many times and it also appeared Jocelyn's "One From The Heart" LP (MCA, 1987)
