God I hate this! Sold my collection back in 85 and am now passionately rebuilding it from scratch...Any info on the group "The Grand Tour" is appreciated. I believe they had a song called The Grand Tour. 78? Can't find anything substantial on the net.

    Thanks!

Yup... it was a Three Hats Production (THP Orchestra, Sticky Fingers, Duncan Sisters, etc.). LP titled "On Such A Winter's Day" was released on Butterfly in around 78 or 79...

Hi Disc0tek, Grand Tour's LP 'On Such A Winter's Day' was pressed in 1977 on 'Butterfly Records'. Side one had 'The Grand Tour', 'Lets Go Boating' and 'Still I'm Sad'. Side two's tracks were: 'Flight To Veisalles', 'Late November' and my favorite, 'California Dreamin'. Hope this answers any of your questions. Later, Phil

Thanks! I have the track now. Could not find the vinyl anywhere! Sort of had a Limahl type sound. Not much to it but I loved it back then!

Thanks again. You are truely Masters of Disco!

I'll get this one restored eventually. I've did the first track a few months ago, but I'm rather backlogged at the moment...
