Count Your Blessings? (90's era?) Help!!!

Just thought of another.
I heard this song on the radio in the mid 90's or late 90's.
It wasn't disco, it was probably recorded in the 90's.
It was a male voice and he repeated, "Count Your Blessings"
in the song. Those are the only lyrics I have.
I don't think it was a remake of the well-known religious song that has been recorded by hundreds of artists.
Please help!

Well, I don't think it is Ashford & Simpson, because this song
has a very 90's sound to it. Almost techno, trance, house....
