Need help with 2 songs!!! (Found)

Hello everyone,

I have been looking for two songs since 1984. Unfortunately,
I don't have any lyrics. These came from the "Morning Stretch" exercise program with Joanie Greggains in the early 80's. I don't have the capability to sample them and put them on-line. (Unless there's a way to do it I don't know about.)
I could play them over the phone for anyone who might be interested in helping out. I will pay for the phone call.
Please help!!!!!
(P.S.) I just re-listened to one of the songs and it almost sounds like a male synthesized voice saying, "Dreamer" over and over again.)
Any help greatly appreciated!!!!
(It has taken me 20 years to discover 32 of the songs used on that tv show. These are the last two!!!)

I don't think it's BB & Q because I think that song was from 1986. This song had to be made before 1984 I believe.
