I have "Moonboots and Law & Order" as well as Spring Rain (Silvetti), War Dance (Kebekeletrik) and Jingo (Candido) on my Salsoul Classics 2 Double CD Edition.
I've been listening to the Salsoul Orchestra Anthology 2 CD set. The first cd is my favorite, the second only has two songs that I like which are "Magic Bird of Fire and Salsoul 3001".

Excellent streetwise selection! This is the kind of stuff that gets the kids who wear wool hats on the floor, immediately. O'Jays always works, no matter what and "Law and Order" has the same type of commanding soulful vocalist synonymous with club credibility. Was this a home listening list or a club situation?

Nice list of tunes - especially the Salsoul stuff. I have at least two MD's of pure Salsoul - including one in my bag for the train journey home. I have not heard "Law and Order" in AGES !!

WOW i like your taste too, ive just discovered 2 days ago the track Disco extravaganza - GEORGE BUSSEY EXPERIENCE , heard only the 7 inch version , but it was great , i cant wait to listen to the 12 inch version......will have to hunt that.......RU

thanx for the compliment. I'm glad that you enjoy. This list was made for one meeting of the collectors group that I take part. In fact it was a spare list, in the meeting I played another one more funk oriented. The meetings take place in a friend's club, but with a "home atmosfere".

thanx for the nice words. I had been traveling a lot, too!!! Business you know, and "OF COURSE" my bag is full of CDs, I cant live without it.
About the O'jays song: Man, you MUST hurry to get it.Very soulfull, funky, great song!!
