NEED HELP TO IDENTIFY A DISCO HIT !!!!

Hello !!!!

I need help to identify a disco song...

Recently, I watched TV, and I've listenned a song in a German TV Serie "Derrick" (dubbed into French...)

The song to identify in on the background in the sample (see below) . You'll hear people speaking into french but it's not important... The action takes place in a night club.

What I know is that this song was released in 1975-1976... !!!! A friend of mine has listenned the sample and told me it was a great disco hit but he could not remember the title and the artist.

Sample #1 is "Life On Mars" by Dexter Wansel.
Sample #2 is the continuation of the same song.

It appears on David mancuso's Loft Vol 1 CD
