Sorry to disappoint you, K-Bee, but I have a single on Magic Touch Disco records called 'Chicago', which is sung by a bunch of kids. It's around somewhere...I actually quite liked the music.
Kids singing and/or peforming disco songs is not something i know much about (not that I actually wanna listen that much to it  ). I can't even name one single example of it.
Can you?

What would you do without your muesli...where would you be without a bowl?
Freddie James.
France Joli
Stacy Lattisaw
Evelyn King (believe she was around 16 when she released "Shame")
Meco (the entire B side of "Star Wars" was a recording of a bunch of kids that Meco discovered in Central Park, NYC)

The Sylvers lead singer on Boogie Fever sounded like a little chipmunk... not sure how old he was during that time tho.
Would Leif Garrett and Bryan Adams count?

Baby's Gang had some italo disco hits in the early 80s.
Not necesarraly kids perfoming but on Gary Low's "You're A Danger" there's a kiddie chorus.
Voyage :P
how about the salsoul christmas vol. 1. there were plenty of kids singing there.
7 replies in 4 hours....OMG this is way more than I expected.
Funny how I could forget about both Sylvers and Stacy Lattisaw. I have plenty of stuff by these artists.
it's true Sylvers were just a bunch of kids when they released their debut album "Showcase" in 1976. Foster Sylvers was only 13.
They also had the biggest afroes ever to grace an album cover.
The picture cover may have little connection to the content of the record, but the young man depicted on Eddy Rosemond's 'Funk It' (1979) looks about 12.

just remembered 2 more
the defranco family
donny and marie
Dr. Buzzards Savannah Band's "Sunshower".
*DISCO DELIGHT*
K-Bee mentioned the Sylvers LP Showcase been released in 76. I have an LP called Sylvers II on Pride/MGM from 73, they also have big afro hairstyles on the sleeve (I presume it must be the same group!)
Does anybody know if there is a Sylvers I release prior to this on Pride/MGM, or any other label?
Mark
Yes, there's a first LP and a "Sylvers III", with 'What's It All About', a bit of a 'rare groove' at one point. Don't forget the two Foster Sylvers LPs.Originally Written by gvtaylor
'Handle It' from "Sylvers II" is the killer.
hmmm..I always thought "Showcase" was their debut album. Kinda got that impression from the liner notes on the cover.
Maybe the label (Capitol) and Larkin Arnold thought so too!!??
I think that the Jets were young... 8 brothers & sisters in this group. :)
Weren't the Jackson Five still kind of young when they did the Moving Violation lp with "Forever Came Today" on it? Great club song and miles apart from the Supremes' version.
Honorable mention: The Five Stairsteps. I know, not disco, but they kicked butt back in the day. :D
"Funk Beyond The Call of Duty" by Johnny Guitar Watson.
The children just chorus funk, funk beyond the call of duty :D .
Another one:
The Rhodes Kids - Voo-Doo magic
worth a spin!
Ralph Carter had a bubble gum club hit with "When you're young and in love" , he must've been around 13 at the time and working on the 'What's Happenning' SitCom along with Janet Jackson.
I'm surprised no one's mentioned RALPH CARTER--he was 14 when he hit #1 on the 1975 Billboard Disco charts with "When You're Young & In Love"; the following year he charted "Extra, Extra (Read All About It)". Both Van McCoy productions.
Ralph was one of the kids (Michael) on "Good Times". Wonder what happened to him? Hope he's a born-again preacher...and not a crack addict who's gonna become a born-again preacher.
"Lost inside adorable illusion...."
The Keane Brothers were a teen duo, and recorded "Dancin' in the moonlight" (the same song that was a hit for Toploader in the UK more recently) :o
I have a record called - disco for Kids
it has a an orange cover.
Its really old!
21st Creation which had that Motown hit 'Tailgate' was a teen oriented group, if I remember correctly from the album cover. Sister Sledge was also pretty young (late teens) when they were doing a lot of their late 70s recording.
