    Stan,

I thought your game was excellent. Just the right amount of everything. Not too easy but hard enough so it's worthwhile.

And a HAPPY NEW YEAR to youy, too!! :D

Question: Why did you identify the Jackson Five as a TAMLA group? Every album I have by them since the very first is on MOTOWN. Just curious.

Hi NickNack thanks for the reply, much appreciated :D :D

As for your question, all UK early Jackson Five, Supremes, 4 Tops etc were all on the Tamla Motown record label & i just shortened it to Tamla.
I figure from your question the label must have either been split into TAMLA or Motown in the USA.

Here's a link to a page showing the Made in GT Britain version of the label featuring Frank Wilson - Do I Love You (Indeed I Do)

    Hi Stan,

Thanks for those links. Very different from the labels we see. The names were always separated over here: Tamla, Motown, Gordy, Soul, etc. My little bit of research says Berry Gordy started Tamla in '59 or '60 with The Miracles being the first to record on that label. The Motown label came later.
