Just thought I'd mention that I recently discovered the 12-inch of "Over and Over" by Disco Circus and that this record is getting A LOT of play in my house this week. Of course, since Keith Forsey and Jurgen Korduletsch were involved in the song, I'm not surprised I like it so much--I just wonder what took me so long to notice it!
I see the LP listed in Bernie's vault. Is the whole LP just as good, anyone?

Dear JeffH!
If you have the real 12"-Version, which is
over 9 Minutes long, then you have the best
track from DISCO CIRCUS. The Album is good,
but more sleazy-euro-style..."Over And Over"
is more the hardcore-disco-style!
Better dance to MACHO´s "I´m A Man" as
example...

Unfortunately, the rest of the Disco Circus LP doesn't measure up to the excellent "Over And Over". The entire side one is a big yawn (especially "In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida/The Garden Of Eden"), and on side two there's an inferior version of "The Mexican" (almost saved by a stanza of "The Good, The Bad and the Ugly"). The album cover is a cute rendering of anthropomorphic animals dancing in a disco.

yes, Over & Over is fantastic German disco tune, I love it. Will have to check out their other stuff, I can't imagine it being bad. Youtube has only one of their songs though.
