I just watched Saturday Night Fever this week. I haven't seen the film or quiet some time now and I was wondering what were the songs in the film that were not included in the actual soundtrack? Thanks!

Regardless of what anyone saids, I love this movie and soundtrack. The songs for me are never tired.
Anyway, "DISCO DUCK" by RICK DEES was NOT on the actual SNF soundtrack. Other than that situational music was used at the end during the section "tony" rides the subway train.
Recall, the long shot of the Odyssey 2000 and a billboard sign states that CAROLL DOUGLAS was to perform is a scream!!

I just got a hold of the original 12" of "Disco Duck" & "Open Sesame" too!
There was also supposed to be "Lowdown" by Bos Skags in the movie but it never made it.

I remember that they play an instrumental version of "how deep is your love" sometimes in the movie. Is that the "Salsoul Strings" version?

I COULD OF SWORN I HEARD GRACE JONES SINGING IN THE SHOT WHERE THEY'RE WALKING TOWARDS THE CLUB. SOMETHING ABOUT A WOMANS CHILD.
