I always found hard rock group covers to look totally gay: the long hair, the tight pants showing their skinny legs, the leather jackets open to show their chests... I always thought how funny it would be to see one of this guys put in jail for a month. I'm sure with their long hair, they would get all the inmates real excited, and end up not being able to sit down after showertime...

I've never heard anything from it - has anyone? Is it as awful as I think it might be? Rod McKuen? Disco?
    The title is "Slide....Easy in".
The track called "Amor" is actually pretty good, in a cheesy way. Especially the chorus, and the break, that seems to last for tens of minutes, especially at the end, as it fades out...
The other tracks are OK to listen to, but not so good you'd be listening to them every day.

I have a RITCHIE FAMILY album in my colection - A very camp cover (almost like Village people) - the girls are dressed in leather and are sat on motorbikes surrounded by big muscley blokes and a couple of dobermans !!
    Very camp indeed !!

Why would the "Lady Night" album cover be perceived as gay? Most all of the disco vinyl album covers were sexually provocative during the disco era, and there were some gay themes on some of them. It really didn't bother me, for instance, the music of ravanche was great, hard disco music, but the cover, to be honest was annoying to me at the time; but I had gay friends so I could also be tolerable of such things. Nothing lost.
