    New guy

Hey: Been to this site before (a while ago) and re-discovered it after doing a search. Lots of great stuff here. I'm pretty much a baby-boomer with a wide range of interests in music. I certainly am enjoying reading the posts and remembering all those great tunes. One of my favorite artists was/is Evelyn 'Champagne' King and "I Don't Know If It's Right" is one of my favorite songs. Anyways, looking forward to reading the posts and boogying down memory lane!

If you like "I Don't Know If It's Right", have you ever heard the promo 12" version? It's about 8 minutes and remixed in a way that it enhances the song. This version made the Spring of 1979 very special indeed!

I was gonna say Uncle_Sams if you heard this version before? This has got to be one of the earliest true "Remixes" where the structure of the song was changed, a real nice intro. I recall the 12" vinyl being extra loud & enhanced! One of my favorite all-time disco songs. :)
